we would begin with a free 30 minute consultation, a chance to meet, ask questions, and see whether the ‘fit’ feels right.

we would then meet for online/in person weekly sessions of 50 minutes each at £90, either on a short (6-20 sessions) or open-ended basis, depending on your needs.

i am experienced working with adults and young adults, in agency and private setting, across a range of issues, some of which are: anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, body image, parenting and questions of meaning and belonging. if you are unsure whether what you are carrying is something i work with, the free consultation is a good place to find out.

i provide therapy at a reduced rate for a limited number of clients on low income who are not able to afford my full fee, please get in touch to find out more.

my qualifications 

  • i am a UK-trained therapist, holding qualifications from level 2 to level 5, including a postgraduate diploma in integrative psychotherapeutic counselling, accredited by Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (www.cpcab.co.uk)

  • i hold MA in law from the University of Cambridge

  • as a former corporate lawyer at a city law firm, i know the part that stress, strains and demands of a corporate career can play in our day-to-day

  • i am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (registration number 390138) and adhere to the BACP Codes of Ethical Practice (www.bacp.co.uk)

  • facilitator of wellbeing workshops for undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Cambridge

  • i continually carry out further professional development related to areas specific to my work and attend regular clinical supervision
